1. Driving Requirements

• License: A valid International Driving Permit (IDP) and your original National Driver’s License are mandatory.

• Age: Minimum age is 18 years old.

2. Rental Period & Extensions

• Minimum Rental: 1 day (24 hours).

• Late Returns: Returns exceeding 2 hours will be charged as a full extra day.

• Extensions: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to check availability.

3. Payment & Pricing

• Payment: Pay on arrival in Cash (IDR/USD/AUD/EUR) or via Bank Transfer/Card.

• No Hidden Fees: The price agreed upon during booking is final.

• Fuel: Return the car with the same fuel level as provided at pickup. A refilling fee applies otherwise.

4. Insurance & Liability

• Standard Insurance: Covers damage to the vehicle with a fixed deductible/excess fee per accident (amount depends on car type).

• Exclusions: Insurance does not cover tire damage, loss of car tools/accessories, or negligence (e.g., driving under influence, driving on the beach).

• Theft: In case of vehicle theft, the renter is liable for a percentage of the car’s market value.

5. Usage Restrictions

• Area: Vehicles are for use within Bali Island only. Crossing to Java or Lombok is strictly prohibited without written consent.

• Prohibitions: No smoking inside the car, no pets, and no off-road driving.

6. Accidents & Emergencies

• In the event of an accident or breakdown, contact our 24/7 Support Team immediately. Do not attempt private repairs without our authorization.
